Very nice and comfortable hotel, good breakfast and very welcoming staff throughout my stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting quick access to both the train station and city centre. Very reasonable priced as well.

Pleasantly quirky guest house with a great position for railway stations, university and city centre. Accommodation is clean and comfortable, breakfast is good and staff are friendly and helpful. Fabulous view from the balcony outside room 10.
The room was a disaster! The room did not look like the rooms shown on the photos at all. The heating was constantly on *high* (burning upon touching the radiator) during the daytime, and there was no where to change the temperature or the setting of the radiator at all. The heating switched itself off in the middle of the night for about 6 hours, making the room iced-cold. You could hearing staff opening doors and walking around at 6:00 in the morning! We stayed there for two nights and we didnt have a night of good sleep. Although the breakfast was good, it didnt compensate anything when you had restless sleep. Nevertheless, this place claims themselves as a hotel after all. The rooms are not pleasant to stay at. Not recommended.
Clean friendly and ideally located to the city centre. Even dog welcoming. At breakfast they gave our dog a sausage
