This is a great centrally located inn. You don't have to be staying at the hotel to use the bar, which is very cosy and wood-paneled. Staff are warm and friendly. The rooms are comfortable enough and good value for money.
Quiet bar with polite staff and they were helpful towards a blind couple. Food very good. My only slight criticism was there was a draft coming in from outside which made the room slightly cold.
A lovely stay here. The reception was easy to find and the staff friendly. My room was in the original Inn and had lots of beautiful old features, but all modern amenities. They've really struck the balance between old and new. Very reasonable pricing, especially for December. Highly recommended!
