Very friendly staff, at reception and in the restaurant. Rooms well designed and well maintained. Very handy for Exeter St. David's Railway Station.
Got up early to catch s train to London. Called in here for breakfast rather than face what is served up on a train. Great breakfast with as much S you can eat, real coffee and read z paper before catching the train. Good staff too. All round good exlerience
Room was clean and very comfortable. Prices in the bar were very respectable and staff friendly. Would stay again
Just as you expect from Premier Inn, very low key service, but comfy bed, clean room, functional bathroom. Can hear movement in rooms above and down hallway. Very convenient for St David's Station and city. Great addition to the area. I didn't eat here because I don't find Premier Inn offer edible breakfasts but certainly would stay again.
The service delivered by the staff has been the best I have seen in a premier inn or indeed any other hotel I have frequented in recent memory. In particular there was a waiter ( possibly a manager) who was exceptional, not only to me but to everyone who he came into contact with. I would recommend staying here purely on the friendliness of the staff.
