Very freindly staff.. nice and clean.. good breakfast. Ideal stop over for Cornwall.
If you like splashing the best part of 100 on a featureless box in a sterile business hotel with no facilities, this is the place for you. Otherwise, rent a house for the night on Airbnb for less. Plus points: clean, nice staff, even if there are not very many of them. Minus points: sucks your soul out and makes you feel like a statistic.
Had a two night stay here with my partner. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed really comfy. Couldn't have asked for more. Would recommend
Air conditioning always stopped. Ventilation was bad. Next morning asked the front desk and they said they had to manually turn it on from back end. Sat at restaurant and never got my food. Asked for refund and left. Rooms are good size though.
Standard Premier inn so no surprises room wise. Bath towel with a hole in reported to the duty manager. Parking charge of 2.50 introduced since our last stay. Bus service to city centre is across the road. Beef Eater pub next door. Check in staff very helpful.
